I think those backgrounds come with Sony Vegas? Not entirely sure about that. You can try going to deviantart and search for a background (don’t forget to ask permission) or resource blogs like fuckyeahresources (there are loads more blogs like this) and check the textures tag. Textures can make excellent backgrounds. Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance. ^^;
